退款政策

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is received in a used condition and/or without original packaging your refund will not be processed and you will be responsible for any shipment charges back to you. Return Labels are not pre-paid for by Peterborough Pro Tackle unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or order error. Returns due to unwanted items are up to the purchasers discretion. 

For returns with detached tags or missing packaging the return must be requested first to info@ptboprotackle.ca and approval is strictly at the discretion of Peterborough Pro Tackle. If the return is approved there will be a 20% restocking fee.

We now offer self returns through your customer account! To start a return, please do so through your customer account which can be accessed here; https://shopify.com/37956485165/account . Upon receiving your request an approved or declined decision will be made based off if the return window is still accepted or if the item was final sale. You will be notified of our final decision and if approved we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Once item is received and inspected you will receive an instant refund onto your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, or wrong items will be issued a prepaid return label. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and clearance items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

PPT holds a 3 Day Sale Guarantee on recently purchased items. If you have made a purchase on an item within 3 days of a sale, PPT will refund the difference onto a gift card only. Flash Sales and Black Friday Sales are NOT included in the Sale Guarantee Policy in order to make it fair for everyone.
